CANCELLATION POLICY:
REFUNDS
Booking deposit is refundable if cancellation is seven days prior to booking.
NO REFUNDS available for Special Event Packages, October V8 Race Week, other major events held on Mt Panorama, Easter, Christmas and June long weekend.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES
>Check in time is from 2pm – unless prior arrangement.
> Check out time is by 10.30am – unless prior arrangement.
> Late checkouts are available if pre-booked and incur a $25 per head charge.
SMOKING
No smoking allowed inside. Smoking outside and on verandahs is permitted.
PETS
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets.
